Technological highlights
The Skimap scores with maximum user-friendliness. Ski resorts are displayed with all relevant details and information thanks to full-responsive design, a touch-friendly user interface, grid technology, zoom and full-screen function, integrated Flash animations that set open cable cars and lifts in motion at the click of a mouse, and a search function.
In the skimapCMS content management system, existing data, e.g. from the CPS, can be integrated via a standardized interface and content can be easily updated or individually designed. Real-time dataon lift/slope status (open/closed), weather, snow depths, gastronomy, tourist infrastructure and highlights are provided clearly and interactively in the form of text, images and videos. Direct links to live images from panoramic cameras, photos, to the cable car company's own website or other websites of restaurants, ski schools, tourist information... inform and motivate ski guests.
Multi-platform application options
The Skimap is flexible and versatile, regardless of the output medium. It can be integrated as a web app on the ski resort's website and other online platforms or as a "skimap touch" in smartphone and tablet apps (e.g. iSKI). It can also be presented on the screens of digital signage systems, on WebTV and local cable TV (e.g. feratel Info Channel).
Thanks to its full-responsive design, the Skimap adapts perfectly to any display size - whether on a desktop PC, tablet, smartphone or screen.

Hikemap / Leisuremap
Mountain regions are also a popular leisure and vacation destination in summer. As a digital overlay of a summer panorama map, the Hikemap presents the entire summer tourist offer interactively and dynamically navigable. It provides real-time information on cable car status, hiking routes, bike trails, gastronomy, mountain attractions, local highlights and weather conditions in real time and with direct links to relevant websites and webcams. Special leisure activities such as theme parks can also be presented on a separate interactive Leisuremap .
Both map versions naturally offer the same technical functions for the presentation and administration of all interactive content as the Skimap.
